Description

• Seed Growing Technique – Seed Pre-treatment: Soak the seeds in water for 2 weeks.
• Nursery Technique: Pre-treated seedbeds covered with sowing beds and straws which are removed when seedlings emerge. When seedlings attain 3 leaf stage, they are planted in polythene bags.
• Spacing: Either way a space 5 – 6 meters is usually followed.
• Planting: A pit of 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm size.
